What’s a typical day as a Field Service Technician? You’ll be:

• Willing to travel weekly and be gone up to three (3) weeks at a time.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, electrical control prints, and schematics.
• Having experience/knowledge in electrical and carpentry work.
• Hooking up power and controls according to prints/schematics.
• Familiar with framing construction standards.
• Operating all power equipment required for the work, such as battery-operated hand tools, power saws, crimping tools, scarifiers, and air tools including sprayers.
• Installing air conditioning equipment, cable ladder systems, hoods, battery systems, waveguide entries, halo ground systems, and other grounding systems.
• Hanging and/or repairing doors and locks, including installing hardware, assembling doors, and painting doors.
• Completing framing, sheathing, trim work, and floor tile installation.
• Making minor concrete repairs and applying concrete coating and finishes.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the manager to complete repairs according to customer agreements and requirements.
