As a Business Analyst, it is essential to have experience analyzing and interpreting complex documents, with desirable proficiency in Microsoft Visio. To be successful as the Business Analyst, it is essential that you have proven experience in business analysis and proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Business Analyst Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Document and analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Qualifications

Business Analyst Requirements :

• Relevant bachelor’s degree; BCS BA Practitioner desirable.
• Business analysis experience across requirements, process, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in BA tools and techniques (e.g. MS Office, Power BI, SQL, BPMN, Visio).
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems and Agile or Waterfall delivery.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
