Job Description:

Estio Training is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator Apprentice at Envera.

Role Summary:

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is essential to our sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment, organization, and achievement of targets. This role acts as the central hub, bridging sales and marketing while driving performance through data insights, communication, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Digital Marketing Responsibilities
• Manage all live marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Create content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including scheduling posts, engaging followers, and analyzing metrics.
• Coordinate Google reviews, Trustpilot updates, and customer testimonial videos to enhance online reputation.
• Develop content strategies to drive engagement and meet company objectives.
• Monitor digital campaigns and recommend optimizations.
• Ensure all digital activities follow brand guidelines and voice.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

• Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas rooted in measurable results.
• Support campaign development blending creativity with strategy.
• Encourage innovative approaches aligned with proven channels.
• Create content strategies for various marketing channels, maintaining consistent messaging and brand tone.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Canva, LinkedIn).
• Interest in digital marketing, project management, and team coordination.
• Creative and data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Personal Qualities:

• Self-motivated and independent, with strong time management skills.
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn.

Future Prospects:

• Career progression to a full Solutions Engineer role after successful training.
