A global leader in neuroscience imaging is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to shape its marketing strategy. This role involves creating compelling content, executing marketing plans, and enhancing IXICO’s reputation among biopharma clients. Candidates should have experience in scientific communication, digital marketing, and strong planning skills. The position offers a hybrid working model between the London office and remote work, enabling significant impact in a small, dynamic team.
IXICO is a global leader in neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics, using its proprietary AI-driven platform to help advance the treatment of neurological disorders and reduce the uncertainties associated with drug discovery, development and monitoring. As a key part of the global neurological disease research community, the Company has built a global reputation and 20-year track record as an end-to-end Imaging Contract Research Organisation (iCRO) working with leading pharma companies, innovative biotech’s, disease consortia and non-profit organisations. IXICO has supported hundreds of neurological clinical trials, analysed hundreds of thousands scans and built an expansive network of expert imaging centres around the world.
The IXICO Platform is tailor-made for neurological disease, reliably processing data from global trials, precisely measuring key imaging biomarkers associated with the identification, progression and treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s and Parkinson’s. Image data is interrogated by the Platform and IXICO’s expert scientists translating complex data into clinically meaningful while minimizing data variability and increasing reproducibility.
To help us deliver our medical image analysis solutions to large clinical trials we are hiring a Marketing Communications Manager on a permanent full-time capacity.
Purpose of the Role:
The Marketing Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing IXICO’s marketing and communications strategy. This individual will be responsible for delivering compelling, scientifically credible content and campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial objectives.
The role requires a blend of scientific storytelling, digital marketing expertise, creative execution, and sales enablement, working closely with commercial, scientific, and leadership teams to manage and enhance IXICO’s reputation and raise its profile amongst current and prospective biopharma clients, academic collaborators, and partners.
The role works closely with senior scientific, product, operations, and commercial management, to ensure timely execution of the company’s client outreach programmes. These include development management of webinars, PR collateral, conferences & events, and lead generation initiatives in line with agreed product marketing communication objectives. Working closely with the product function, there is a requirement to translate complex, cutting-edge scientific information into concise, easy to understand marketing communication that addresses and anticipates the needs of our target audience.
As a Marketing Communications Manager in a small and ambitious organisation, the role holder has access to the company Senior Leadership and will be able to make a significant impact in the way we communicate and tell the IXICO story.

Work closely with the Business Development team (BD) providing the critical marketing materials and support required for the BD team to generate new business development leads through heightened brand awareness and a clearly defined value propositions for our services.
