Kitchen Porter (Full Time) - Term Time Only

Salary £14.28 per hour

Hours 37.5 hours per week

Our busy kitchen serves lunch to over 1500 boys and staff per day; we also have 130 boarders for Breakfast and Supper and require Kitchen Porters to support this.

We require enthusiastic Kitchen Porter with an eye for cleanliness and who takes pride in their work. Experience of working in a professional kitchen would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the person with the right attitude.

37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 shifts but evening shifts (12:00-20:00) to be worked on a rota basis which includes weekends and Bank Holidays shifts according to the needs of the business. Additional paid overtime hours will also be required at peak times.

We are seeking someone who is hardworking, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Previous experience in catering or hospitality is helpful, but not essential we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn just as highly.
