Overview

Are you ready for the next step up the ladder and ready for the role of Junior Sous, or are you looking for a change and would like to work at a luxury Country hotel located in East Sussex with 2AA Rosette Restaurant and a brigade of 8 kitchen staff. A place that grows a lot of the produce on site and will develop your skills.

Experience / Responsibilities
  • Previous chef experience is essential, preferably in a hotel restaurant setting.
  • Worked in a rosette level establishment and has experience with fine dining.
  • Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in food preparation or cooking are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
  • Able to lead the junior team.
  • A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences is crucial. If you are enthusiastic about culinary arts and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Contract and Hours

8 hours shifts

Accommodation and Benefits

Accommodation available. £220 per month inc. bills so will suit anybody looking to relocate to East Sussex and close to Brighton
