A recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Waste Collection Round Leader. In this role, you will lead waste collection teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and resolve any operational issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in waste management, strong leadership, and communication skills, along with a valid driving license. This position offers a pay rate of £16.84 per hour and requires full-time work from Monday to Friday.
Qualificações

Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage waste collection teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
- Coordinate daily routes and schedules.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Location: Oliver Close, West Thurrock, RM203ED
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £16.84 per hour
