A leading property consultancy in East Hampshire is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. The role includes delivering stock condition surveys and managing client relationships. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and experience coordinating surveyors on-site. An understanding of HHSRS hazards is beneficial, as well as a DEA qualification. - Lead and coordinate surveyors on‑site, including project briefings and QA checks.
- Conduct stock condition surveys and energy assessments (training provided if needed).
- Manage pilot surveys, mobile data collection systems, and liaise with data analysts.
- Provide technical guidance on HHSRS hazards and decent homes standards.
- Act as the lead surveyor/DEA on new projects.
- Report to clients on project progress and address challenges effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
