A leading fare payment technology firm is seeking a VP Product Platform to drive the next stage of growth for their core platform, Justride, enabling scalable transit solutions across Europe and North America. Reporting to the CPO, you will manage a team of product managers to enhance mobile ticketing, account-based ticketing, and integrate requirements for reliability and performance. This role is remote-first, offering flexible options for candidates in the UK or Canada.

We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.

As Masabi scales from a successful mid‑market SaaS platform to serving some of the world’s busiest cities, we are hiring a VP Product Platform to shape the next stage of our technology. This role will help mature Justride, Masabi’s core fare collection platform, into an enterprise‑grade SaaS offering that supports large‑scale, mission‑critical transit systems and enables our next phase of growth across Europe and North America.
Reporting to our CPO, you will lead the strategy and roadmap across mobile ticketing and payments, Account‑Based Ticketing, EMV, our API and integration layer, and the requirements that underpin reliability, performance and service tiers. You will guide a team of more than ten product managers and BAs, working across the organisation to deliver dependable, scalable and commercially meaningful capabilities for the cities and agencies we serve.
As a core leader within Product and Engineering, you will shape the long‑term direction of Justride’s platform capabilities and contribute to the decisions that guide Masabi’s growth. We are a remote‑first company. This role is open to candidates working from our London office in a hybrid capacity or fully remote from anywhere in the UK or Canada.
You are an experienced platform product leader who is confident working across complex technology, payments and large enterprise environments. You understand what it takes to run a platform that is reliable, commercially healthy and ready for scale.
