A facilities management company is seeking a receptionist to join their front of house team in Bristol. The role involves managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, and handling administrative duties. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. Candidates must be well-presented and possess excellent communication skills. The position is Monday to Friday, with a start date as soon as possible, and requires a Basic DBS certificate.
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients site within Bristol working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5 service.
The position is working in the facilities team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly, emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with and dealing with any additional queries from visitors. There is also administrative duties involved.
Monday to Friday
8:30am–5pm
Starting asap
Requires a Basic DBS certificate
Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times
Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
Always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male .)
Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
