You will ensure that the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. You will carry out night audits and duty management duties while ensuring all guests receive the highest standards of guest service.

• Previous experience within a front office, reception, or front-of-house position, or equivalent
• People management experience
• Quality & standards driven
• Outstanding customer service skills
