The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton joins an existing portfolio of award‑winning hotels owned by Dominus and managed by Dominus Hospitality. We are looking for a hands‑on and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering an exceptional F&B operation at The Derby London City. This role plays a key part in leading the day‑to‑day operation across our restaurant, bar, café and events spaces, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest experience. You will help prepare the team for launch and then support the smooth running of the operation from day one, acting as a visible leader on the floor and a trusted support to the wider F&B team.
