We’re looking for a passionate Client Success Manager with deep food service industry expertise to lead key client relationships and drive growth for iconic global brands. You’ll manage end-to-end success across Food service accounts, delivering AI-powered marketing solutions that combine technology, creativity, and commercial impact.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing :
- Manage 3–5 key client accounts as a trusted strategic growth partner
- Build strong relationships with senior marketing leaders to drive measurable results
- Lead account planning, performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities
- Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling CTT’s AI solutions
- Serve as the voice of the client, influencing internal strategy and priorities
- Oversee campaign delivery from briefing to post-analysis
- Collaborate across creative, tech, and commercial teams for seamless execution
- Stay ahead of food service trends to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions
🎯 What we are looking for :
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or strategic client services (consultancy, food tech or agency)
- Proven success growing food service, QSR, or FMCG accounts
- Strong project management, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple campaigns
