Small but rapidly growing Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) software house seeks an ETRM Customer Success Manager to join them in a hybrid Central London office (2-3 days per week) and flexi-working (2-3 days per week) permanent role.
As the ETRM Customer Success Manager, you'll be working in a highly client‑facing, relationship‑focused role working with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping solve problems, including liaising with internal teams where needed. It is essential that you have fantastic communication skills and are able to manage clients.
Salary: £50,000‑£65,000 basic + bonus + benefits.
