A leading accountancy firm in Cardiff seeks a Mixed Tax Associate Director to lead the tax department and ensure efficient tax compliance. The ideal candidate will manage a private client portfolio and support team development. Responsibilities include resolving client queries and meeting HMRC deadlines. - Assist in managing the Private Client Tax team and conduct appraisals.
- Monitor personal utilisation, productivity, and work in progress.
