Job summary

A leading international bank in the UK is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the General Manager. This critical role requires candidates to be fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, offering strong executive support amidst a dynamic business environment. The ideal applicant will have 5–8 years of relevant experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage high-level stakeholder interactions. This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Degree-qualified in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary and travel management.
  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and key clients on behalf of the GM.
