Location: Northampton (Milton Keynes office plus site visits in East Midlands area, local work)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus Car Allowance (DOE) + Hybrid + 22-24 days holiday + BH + Company Benefits + Qualification Funding + Recognition Rewards + Autonomy + Flexibility

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful SME with around 50 employees seeking an experienced Project Manager with an industrial or warehouse background.

This business has grown steadily and is known for delivering high-quality projects across mechanical, electrical, renewables, and warehouse/racking solutions. They are committed to sustainability, innovation, and creating a supportive working culture, with a clear Net Zero roadmap and a passion for responsible project delivery.

This role offers autonomy to deliver projects without micromanagement, supported by a close-knit, forward-thinking team. It provides excellent work-life balance, with standard hours of 7am to 3pm (dependent on site visits), a car allowance, and a competitive salary package.

1. Deliver industrial and warehouse projects from inception to completion.
2. Manage project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk assessments.
3. Oversee financial aspects including cost control, forecasting, valuations, and contract administration.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
5. Report to senior management while maintaining autonomy in daily operations.
6. Ensure projects align with sustainability commitments and Net Zero goals.
7. Uphold high health and safety standards across all projects.

• Experience in industrial or warehouse project management, even if limited.
• Commercial and financial skills, including cost management and forecasting.
• Flexibility to travel within the East Midlands area.
• Relevant qualifications in project management or construction (desirable).
