A leading wealth management technology company in Scotland is seeking an experienced professional to oversee service quality and coordinate incidents. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in IT roles, a technical degree, and fluency in English, with a bonus for knowledge of Avaloq Core. Flexibility and a collaborative environment are key components of this role.

  • Release scoping and act as gatekeeper for management release.
  • SPOC operational steering for vendors and third parties.
  • Coordinating major incident management (+CIM).

  • Coordination of transformation projects.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Release scoping and act as gatekeeper for management release
  • SPOC operational steering for vendors and third parties
  • Coordinating major incident management (+CIM) and root-cause analysis (incl. problem report) and client announcements.
  • Service quality monitoring and escalation including problem management
  • Client specific management reporting
  • Coordination of transformation projects
Qualifications
  • Strong proven track record of working in a similar role.
  • Technical degree in IT or business related area
  • Good understanding of IT processes
  • Show initiativeand come-up with fresh ideas to further improve our service delivery quality
  • Fluency in English

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform
  • ITIL certification
  • German language skills
