Job summary

A recruitment agency in Northern Ireland is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Chair. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage the smooth operation of the office. Essential criteria include a university degree and relevant experience as an Executive Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This role is full time and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification AND one year’s relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Chief Executive or Director.
  • 4 years’ relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Chief Executive or Director or Board/Council.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Chair.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive and manage communications.
  • Develop and maintain strategic corporate documentation.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executive and Chair’s office.
