IPH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join one of our Contract Catering clients situated in Central London, where you will be providing fresh innovated seasonal food where you’ll be cooking breakfast, lunch and freshly made cake for around 150 on a daily basis, there is also a small amount of hospitality.
- As the successful Chef Manager, you need to be hands on in the kitchen at all times and lead, motivate and train a team of 4.
- Being Chef Manager, you need to have passion, flare and be knowledgeable about what’s new on market trend, have good financial understanding, processing payroll and invoicing and push business forward.
- The Chef Manager will be involved in creating and designing high street foodie trend menus
- The successful Chef Manager will have a great work life balance, work for a wonderful contract catering company that look after their staff.
This is a full-time/permanent position Monday to Friday 0700 – 1530, (some flexibility will be required at times)
Salary up to £35000.00
