A historic estate in England is seeking a creative Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations. You will ensure high standards of food quality and presentation while monitoring adherence to recipes and health safety. The ideal candidate should have NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Health and at least 2 years of experience in a rosette-level establishment, along with creativity to bring personal flare to dishes. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum.

£24,000 per annum, 40 hours per week over seven days including weekends and bank holidays
We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative Chef de Partie to join our team. You will lead the day-to-day operation of your assigned kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation at all times. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work closely with other departments on the Estate and local suppliers to provide a high quality product in complementing the local produce theme.
Job Purpose: The Chef de Partie will lead the day-to-day operation of a designated kitchen, ensuring that recipes and specifications are followed precisely and all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
