A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef in South Wales at a beautiful hotel set in breathtaking countryside, home to a well-regarded 2AA Rosettes restaurant.

As Sous Chef, you will ideally bring experience from quality kitchens and be looking to join a respected team where you can continue developing your craft.

  • Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background.
  • Be a creative and talented Sous Chef with exceptionally high standards who can assist in leading the team by example and inspire them.
  • Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine.
