Chef de Partie Luxury 4-Star Hotel & Spa Lake District

Location : Southern Shores of Windermere (LA12)

Hours : Full-time approx. 40 hours per week

Salary : Up to 32000 - Competitive monthly tips (approx. 1 per hour worked)

Accommodation : Local staff accommodation available short-term

Contract : Permanent

Lakeside Hotel & Spa an 83‑bedroom luxury hotel with fine dining a brasserie spa pool and conference facilities is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the main kitchen brigade. Located on the tranquil southern shores of Lake Windermere and part of the Classic Lodges group the hotel is known for quality professionalism and warm Cumbrian hospitality.

This role is ideal for a strong CDP who enjoys working across multiple sections. The position is primarily in the main kitchen while also supporting the pastry section when required under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare cook and present dishes to hotel standards across designated sections
  • Support the smooth running of all food operations including occasional pastry prep
  • Maintain a clean organised workstation and uphold food safety standards
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal ideas
  • Assist with training and development of commis-level chefs
  • Work collaboratively to deliver consistent quality across all outlets (restaurant brasserie events)
