1. Working in a kitchen preparing and cooking fresh food; duties include:

• Prepping or baking
• Knife and board skills
• Making a range of desserts from the menu
• Allergen awareness
• Preparing food from the menu
• Prepare and cook fresh food, ready for selling in the farm shop
• Health and Safety
• Pizza making for 'Pizza night' the 2nd Friday of each month
• General cleaning and housekeeping of the kitchen
• Plate up food
• May serve and clear tables

• You will be required to work one day on the weekend, on a rota basis
• Preferably someone with reliable transport, as this farm shop is on the outskirts of Longridge
• Public transport is available but check timings for shifts
• Clean and hygienic
• Friendly and approachable
• Willingness to learn and a passion to be a chef
• Teamworking
• Flexible within learning abilities

No formal qualifications required.
