Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate AI Specialist from a top Russell Group university to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background in AI, machine learning, or data science, combined with a keen understanding of real-world business applications. You will play a crucial role in leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance decision‑making, optimise processes, and drive innovation across our organisation. If you are passionate about applying cutting‑edge AI technologies to solve commercial challenges and create tangible business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Quests Include

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations and decision‑making.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can add value.
• Analyse complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic recommendations.
• Support the deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance company capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist in automating key business processes through AI and data‑driven approaches.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Technical Skills required

• Programming: Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or other relevant languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
• Machine Learning & AI Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar libraries.
• Data Manipulation & Analysis: Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for handling and analysing large datasets.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
• Data Visualisation: Ability to present insights effectively using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Model Deployment: Understanding of MLOps principles, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for productionising AI models.
• Business‑Focused AI Application: Ability to translate AI solutions into measurable business impact.
