A reputable Property Firm in London is seeking a Commercial Regional Property Manager to oversee property management operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, alongside a degree in a relevant field. This role offers flexibility with partly remote work and a salary range of £50,000 to £55,000.
Commercial Regional Property Manager - Partly based remotely, site based and Islington N1, a strong, well-respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable, professional and team playing Commercial Regional Property Manager partly based remotely, Site Based and Islington N1. The Regional Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the outer London Regional Portfolio by implementing policies, procedures and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. You will be dealing with a portfolio based in South East / South West London / Surrey.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary range will be: £50,000 to £55,000
