Join us as a Change Manager and take the lead in driving transformative change across our UK geography! In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing change initiatives for strategic projects, including global technology deployments and behavioural change initiatives within UKFS and UK&I. Your mission will be to empower our people, ensuring they are equipped and ready to embrace change
The opportunity
As a Change Manager, you will own the delivery of change management activities for strategic projects covering CBS and cross-organisation audiences.
You will promote and educate on best practice change principles and demonstrate change leadership to ensure behavioural change is achieved.
