Based in UK or Europe – hybrid or remote

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director Business Process ERP & Transformation to spearhead the design, standardisation and implementation of end‑to‑end business processes across our organisation as part of a global ERP transformation. This role acts as a vital link between business functions and technology ensuring that process excellence is embedded within our ERP solution and aligned with both strategic objectives and operational realities.

Responsibilities
Process Design & Standardisation
  • Lead the definition and harmonisation of global business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align with ERP capabilities.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to co‑create process design principles and KPIs.
  • Build the capability of Operational Excellence across the organisations (regions & functions).
ERP Implementation Leadership
  • Partner with Technical Services (IT) and system integrators to ensure process requirements are accurately translated into ERP configurations.
  • Oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish Global Process Ownership as a key element of the Operating Model of the organisation.
  • Engage with GPOs and GPLs to drive process excellence methods and decisions across the organisation.
  • Ability to engage at all levels in the organisation from a technical as well as business perspective.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global business units, functional teams and ERP programme leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and change impact assessments to align stakeholders on process changes.
Change Management & Training
  • Support change management initiatives by identifying process impacts and helping teams adapt to new ways of working.
  • Contribute to training content and ensure process owners are equipped to sustain the transformation.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain documentation via chosen ERP process tool and oversee process governance post‑implementation.
  • Ensure that Process and Data governance is adopted by regions and functions alike.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years proven experience in leading global process transformation within ERP programmes.
  • At least 5 years in people management / leadership roles.
  • Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, process mapping tools (e.g., Signavio, Nintex etc.) and reporting platforms.
  • Experience with Business Process Architecture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies.
