A prominent NHS trust in Scunthorpe is looking for Staff Nurses to join the Community Urgent Response Team. The role involves providing telephone triage services as part of a 24-hour service. Candidates should be motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to signpost patients to appropriate healthcare services. A fantastic opportunity to join Unplanned Services in the Community to work as part of the Community Urgent Response Team. This is an exciting time for Unplanned Services supporting the national mandate for 2‑hour urgent response and other community services.
