We're looking for an experienced Caseworker and Decision Maker with a strong background in applying government policy.

You will be proficient using Microsoft Office 365, can analyse complex information with precision, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, sensitive environment. In this role, you’ll navigate sensitive cases under tight deadlines, collaborating within a high-pace operational environment where attention to detail is paramount.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Caseworker Expertise & Decision Making: Proven track record using government policy to inform and justify outcomes.
2. Analytical Precision: Ability to sift through complex information from multiple sources, spotting critical details.
3. Office 365 Proficiency: Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
4. Policy & Procedure Adherence: Experience working strictly within established guidelines and protocols.
5. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written ability to articulate decisions clearly.
6. Data Protection Knowledge: Solid understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.

Desirable Background:

• Handling of particularly complex casework or sensitive operational matters.
