- Un-capped commission £200k Billings = £74,500 Total Salary (£25,000 base)
- Industry-leading commission structure. 25% for juniors and 30% seniors from day one. 50% on all billings > 500k.
- Average deal size £20,000–25,000 per placement with experienced consultants making multiple deals per month.
