Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £36,000-£40,000, plus Paid Overtime, Benefits and Career opportunities
Hours: Rotating Shifts (No Nights)
Location: Commutable from Kendal, Shap, Penrith, Helbeck, Garsdale, Settle, Bentham, Lancaster, Morecambe, Bowness-on-Windermere, Grasmere and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work within a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to maintenance and be able to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting planned maintenance and repairs on machinery.
2. Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting issues.
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
5. Collaborating with other engineering staff to improve processes.

1. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
2. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
