Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines required.
• Full UK driving licence is a must.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS controls necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Undertake general building services work including plumbing and basic fabric repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations.
