A prestigious Thai restaurant group in the City of London is seeking a Senior Wok Chef to join their team. As the Number 2 to the Head Chef, you will assist in leading the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in Asian cuisine and be confident in wok cooking. · Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
· Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
· As a senior chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
