About the role

As F&B Team Member I excel at working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Whether I am serving a coffee in the Café, creating a relaxing experience in our Lounge, or keeping the atmosphere buzzing in our Pub I take pride in making every journey better for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• I will be responsible for preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard
• I will be responsible for routine and deep cleans of our Café, Lounge, and Pub
• I will effectively communicate with both the Front of House and Back of House teams to support a smooth service
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
• I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 and this role will require me to work early mornings, which include 3am starts

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• I have a passion for hospitality
• I have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• I have the ability to work effectively both on my own and as part of a team
• Although not essential, experience in Food & Beverage would be advantageous
