Your impact will be significant and lasting.

What you’ll do

Join our Board of Trustees and the Finance & Risk Committee, overseeing financial affairs and ensuring effective policies and controls. Advise on the financial viability of strategic objectives and guide investment decisions. Help maintain robust governance and support the creation of Earth Trust Experiences. Provide constructive challenge and strategic insight to the Executive team.

What we’re looking for

A qualified accountant with strong financial acumen and strategic business planning experience. Senior-level expertise in governance and risk management. Ability to balance ambition with resilience and support long‑term sustainability. Commitment to Earth Trust’s mission and values.

About Earth Trust

We’re an ambitious environmental charity with a simple mission: to help nature and people thrive together. For over 40 years, we’ve pioneered nature‑friendly land management and inspired hundreds of thousands to care for the natural world.

In 2026, we’ll begin transforming our Centre at Wittenham Clumps into a Gateway to Nature—creating welcoming spaces, an expanded café, and a nature‑based adventure playscape. Our growing visitor and catering operations will be managed by a new trading subsidiary, Earth Trust Experiences Ltd, which will help us achieve our mission while generating income to support our work and impact.

These developments will inspire thousands to take their first steps into nature and enable innovative conservation and engagement projects for generations to come.

Why join us?
