Description

Are you passionate about fashion, commercially minded and looking to start your career in Buying or Merchandising? We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic, detail-driven individuals to join our dynamic Product teams as Buying or Merchandising Admin Assistants.

Both roles play a vital part in bringing our ranges to life, supporting everything from initial product ideas through to delivering the right stock, in the right place, at the right time.

As a Buying Admin Assistant, you’ll:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying team
  • Manage product samples, ensuring they’re correctly labelled and organised
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders and line sheets accurately
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure samples and key information are received on time
  • Assist in preparing for range reviews and product sign-offs
  • Support with competitor research and trend analysis
  • Maintain accurate product information across systems
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll:
  • Support the Merchandising team with daily admin and reporting
  • Update and maintain sales, stock and intake reports
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Track deliveries and stock movements
  • Help compile trade reports and analysis to guide commercial decisionsWork closely with Buying, Distribution and Stores to maximise stock efficiency

  • Confidence with numbers and data (especially for merchandising roles)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong computer literacy
