A well-established Thai restaurant group is seeking a Senior Wok Chef to join their growing team as the Number 2 to the Head Chef. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Asian cuisine and be confident in utilising a wok. Qualifications

• Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok.
• Minimum of 1 year working as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok


• Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant


• As a senior chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
