A leisure resort company in Warminster is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef specialized in Indian cuisine. This role involves leading a team to maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction while managing the kitchen's financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen environment, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills. Rajinda Pradesh is our contemporary Eastern-inspired restaurant serving freshly made dishes, from mild and creamy to rich and fiery, using real ingredients inspired by tastes from India and across Asia.
Circa £40,700 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme
All colleagues working in the following restaurants – Rajinda Pradesh, Huck's American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, Foresters' Inn and Vitalé Café Bar – will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.
We are now looking to appoint a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a team dedicated to providing first-class service and excellent food quality to our guests.
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means your days and hours of work may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
