An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a large and well-established visitor destination and country park.

The site attracts significant visitor numbers, welcoming over 240,000 visits in 202425, with continued growth year on year. It includes a Grade II* listed 400-year-old water mill, retail shop, tenanted café, office spaces, learning hub, play and visitor facilities, all set within a 240-acre country park and nature reserve incorporating woodland, SSSI-designated land, waterways and a large reservoir.

The role

The Site Manager will be responsible for the daily operational management of the site, ensuring it is safe, welcoming and well-maintained for visitors, tenants and staff. This includes opening and closing buildings, carrying out site checks, maintaining health and safety documentation, and reporting and managing repairs and maintenance in collaboration with internal facilities and asset teams.
