A leading jewellery retailer in Birmingham is looking for part-time team members who are passionate about customer service and jewellery. You will interact with customers, sharing product knowledge and fostering memorable experiences. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of £12.21 plus bonuses and great benefits, while providing opportunities for career development in a vibrant retail environment.

Our team members work hard to develop outstanding product knowledge and real jewellery expertise that they can share with our customers.
As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.
As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers.

While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands.
A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
