A leading tech company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Analyst Lead to drive feature analyses and mentor a team. The role emphasizes leveraging AI in business analysis, ensuring cross-team alignment, and improving documentation standards. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience, a strong background in Agile methodologies, and fluency in Greek and English. The position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible hours and health benefits.
Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth‑oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team.
The role in a nutshell 🔍
As a Business Analyst Lead (SaaS + AI Driven), you’ll play a hands‑on and strategic role, driving complex feature analyses while also mentoring and guiding the BA team. You’ll bridge product vision with technical execution—capturing requirements, designing UACs, and ensuring cross‑team alignment—while also championing the use of AI‑powered workflows across the BA function. From backlog clustering to predictive modeling, you’ll leverage AI not just to accelerate analysis, but to raise the overall quality and consistency of how we deliver business value.
🎯 Your goal?
To lead by example in requirements clarity, traceability, and process excellence—while enabling the team to work smarter with AI‑driven tools. You’ll set the benchmark for requirements documentation, guide others through complex dependencies, and help the organization evolve toward more modular, scalable, and data‑informed product decisions.
You’re a hands‑on Senior BA ready to step into a lead role, blending analytical depth with the ability to guide others. You’re as comfortable drafting UACs for a critical integration as you are coaching BAs on how to structure their stories or adopt AI in their workflow. You thrive in ambiguity—able to simplify complexity, untangle dependencies, and keep the MVP mindset alive while thinking long‑term.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about AI as an enabler for business analysis. You don’t just experiment with tools—you validate, refine, and embed their outputs into real delivery. Whether it’s clustering a backlog, generating draft UACs, or interpreting predictive models, you know how to combine human judgment with machine‑driven insights.
You’re a natural collaborator, fluent in both Greek and English, who communicates with clarity across business and technical stakeholders. You enjoy being the escalation point for tricky challenges, and you take pride in raising the bar for BA practices— not only for yourself, but for the whole team.
Sounds like you?
