The Role

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact to manage expectations and identify key requirements
  • Develop business cases and benefits analysis for new initiatives
  • Document existing business processes and recommend improvements
  • Build solid relationships with stakeholders for alignment on key initiatives
  • Analyse and document 'As-Is', 'To-Be', and 'Gap' processes
  • Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
  • Assist in research and development of system solutions
  • Create functional requirements documents and support testing phases
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery Lead to enhance the Business Analysis framework
The Candidate
  • The ideal Business Analyst candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A formal BA qualification
  • Proficiency in Use cases, User stories, and Activity diagrams
  • Experience with document assembly tools and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively
