Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather, validate, and analyze requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation.
- Organize and facilitate brainstorming workshops for solution design and planning.
- Prepare clear and structured business requirements and functional documentation.
- Develop and manage comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and metrics.
- Partner closely with IT teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
