Business Transformation Senior Business Analyst Financial Services London FTC 6 - 12 Months Hybrid 2 days in the office - 3 days WFH BPMN AS IS / TO BE Process Modelling Gap Analysis TOM Transformation Project 60k

Our London based client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a transformation project.

You will work closely with agile teams on the creation and refinement of requirements and user stories including scoring for prioritisation and leading on testing and quality checks.

Previous experience within Financial Services / Retail Banking is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous relevant business analytical work experience working on transformation projects within Financial Services
• Business Analyst certified
• BPMN accreditation
• Experience of Process Mapping / AS-IS TO- BE / TOM / Documenting Standards
• Advanced data analysis and expertise - Requirements elicitation / documentation and validation / process modelling / Gap analysis and impact assessments
