Job description
Join Infiterra and help power the future of subscription e-commerce.

Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth‑oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team.

The role in a nutshell 🔍

As a Business Analyst Lead (SaaS + AI Driven), you’ll play a hands‑on and strategic role, driving complex feature analyses while also mentoring and guiding the BA team. You’ll bridge product vision with technical execution—capturing requirements, designing UACs, and ensuring cross‑team alignment—while also championing the use of AI‑powered workflows across the BA function. From backlog clustering to predictive modeling, you’ll leverage AI not just to accelerate analysis, but to raise the overall quality and consistency of how we deliver business value.

🎯 Your goal?
To lead by example in requirements clarity, traceability, and process excellence—while enabling the team to work smarter with AI‑driven tools. You’ll set the benchmark for requirements documentation, guide others through complex dependencies, and help the organization evolve toward more modular, scalable, and data‑informed product decisions.

🙋♀️ Our Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re a hands‑on Senior BA ready to step into a lead role, blending analytical depth with the ability to guide others. You’re as comfortable drafting UACs for a critical integration as you are coaching BAs on how to structure their stories or adopt AI in their workflow. You thrive in ambiguity—able to simplify complexity, untangle dependencies, and keep the MVP mindset alive while thinking long‑term.

Most importantly, you’re passionate about AI as an enabler for business analysis. You don’t just experiment with tools—you validate, refine, and embed their outputs into real delivery. Whether it’s clustering a backlog, generating draft UACs, or interpreting predictive models, you know how to combine human judgment with machine‑driven insights.

You’re a natural collaborator, fluent in both Greek and English, who communicates with clarity across business and technical stakeholders. You enjoy being the escalation point for tricky challenges, and you take pride in raising the bar for BA practices— not only for yourself, but for the whole team.

📋 What you’ll do
Core Business Analysis (Hands‑On)
  • Analyze & prioritize business scenarios, balancing MVP focus with modular and scalable platform thinking.
  • Capture requirements in Jira & Confluence and draft epics, user stories, UACs, and edge‑case scenarios.
  • Write exemplary UACs, edge test flows, and business logic documentation for the most impactful or cross‑domain initiatives.
  • Lead analysis for high‑impact initiatives (e.g., billing, provisioning, integrations, and modularization).
  • Facilitate communication across Scrum Teams, identify blockers, and drive SDLC alignment.
  • Collaborate on architectural strategy, API evolution, and service refactoring for long‑term viability
  • Maintain end‑to‑end traceability from business case → requirements → delivery → adoption.
  • Leverage product usage data and customer success tools (e.g., ChurnZero) to drive data‑informed backlog decisions.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Coach and mentor BAs across teams, improving requirement quality, UAC structure, traceability, and analytical practices.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex analysis challenges and cross‑team dependencies.
  • Review and refine BA deliverables, providing constructive, context‑aware feedback to ensure alignment with business and architectural goals.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Architects to shape high‑value discovery initiatives, prioritize analysis tasks, and influence long‑term platform strategy.
  • Drive consistency in BA practices (UAC structure, documentation standards, process mapping) across squads.
  • Design and maintain traceability frameworks across backlog, documentation, test cases, and business KPIs.
  • Lead efforts in simplification, modularization, and domain clarity — especially in areas prone to coupling or tech debt
  • Propose and track BA impact metrics, such as story rework rates, UAC coverage, and cycle/lead time from analysis to ready‑for‑development.
AI‑Driven Enablement (Must‑Have)
  • Apply, oversee, and improve AI‑powered workflows to generate draft UACs, cluster backlog items, and create documentation scaffolding — validating and refining outputs for production readiness.
  • Champion adoption of AI‑powered tools across the BA function to increase speed, traceability, and accuracy while ensuring outputs are validated and aligned with the platform vision..
  • Coach BAs on interpreting ML outputs and integrating them into requirements.
  • Build and maintain predictive models for churn, usage forecasting, and anomaly detection, using Python or Azure ML Studio, and operationalize insights into requirements and product decisions.
  • Operationalise models via CI/CD (Azure DevOps pipelines) and monitor drift, retraining, and ROI metrics.
🛠️ What you'll bring
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role with leadership responsibilities in a software development environment.
  • Experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting both business and technical requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in designing UACs, test flows, and working with test automation teams.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration principles.
  • Excellent business acumen with a user‑centric mindset.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation techniques to improve efficiency.
  • Experience with SaaS products or cloud‑native platforms.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with tools like ChurnZero, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or Figma.
  • Background in usage analytics, feature adoption tracking, or behavior‑based dashboards.
  • Familiarity with evidence‑based management and value‑based delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to usage‑based billing, multi‑tenant SaaS patterns, or modular billing workflows.
  • Interest in strategic product design (domain‑driven structure, API portability, etc.).

Sounds like you?
It is a Win‑Win🌟

  • A tech‑passionate team with a friendly culture and an international breed.
  • Remote‑first & hybrid work.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Work‑from‑anywhere scheme.
  • Health and life insurance plan.
  • Home office allowance.
  • Learning & development budget.
  • State‑of‑the‑art workspaces for on‑site collaboration.
