The Senior Business Controller plays a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis cycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and managing two direct reports. Success in this role means delivering high-quality insights, meeting all internal and external reporting deadlines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. The role will also lead initiatives to enhance reporting systems and streamline forecasting processes to support business agility and growth.

• Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles, delivering accurate projections and scenario analyses.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness across systems like SAP, Tagetik, Magnitude, and Power BI.
• Manage and develop a team of two Junior Business Controllers, fostering growth and accountability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Drive finance transformation projects, including automation and tool implementation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a matrixed or multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
• A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
