Job Title: Business Centre Manager

This role is pivotal in connecting with new and existing customers while ensuring the highest standards of performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the site, ensuring seamless sales and operational processes.
• Achieve and exceed commercial targets and key performance metrics, including driving revenue and managing expenditure.
• Conduct regular site audits and daily inspections to maintain high standards and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely completion of all renewals and manage arrears effectively.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including partners, brokers, and local authorities, to drive new business opportunities.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and best practices are upheld.
• Supervise maintenance, reception, and administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly invoicing, billing, and cost analysis to support financial objectives.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably required by your line manager to support the business.

Job Scope:

• You will report to the Regional General Manager while collaborating with various stakeholders and departments.
• Line management responsibilities include overseeing Assistant Business Centre Managers and Maintenance Operatives, if applicable.
