About the team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still - delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

Servicing and Data Mastering is responsible for the mastering and day to day servicing of Worldpay Customers that subscribe to our Acquiring and card payment services. Our systems are central to many key business processes and have users numbering in the thousands who rely on our products to deliver a world class service to our customers.

What you'll own

As a Business Analyst Senior, you will be a member of an Agile Product Engineering Team responsible for a defined business value stream. You will be required to perform both a Business Analyst role defining and optimizing business process flows; and a technical product owner role, mapping flows to system capabilities and creating user stories to build out these capabilities and prioritizing the backlog.

It is expected that you will:

• Work with Business Operations and Solution Architects to deep dive on business process flows and mapping to system capabilities.
• Work with the Product Organization on current and future Product Initiatives, breaking them into features and user stories to deliver value fast.
• Manage the backlog of user stories for an Engineering team.
• Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection, fast feedback and adaptation of ongoing work product.
• Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
• As a Senior, take the lead on Domain wide continuous improvements to all team's ways of working initiatives.

What you bring

• A Proven track record in performing the role of a Business Analyst or Agile Product Owner with a software development team for several years.
• Knowledge and Experience in Agile Practices or Frameworks such as Scrum or SAFE.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with key stakeholders, both technical and business focused.
• Business analysis skills to identify stakeholder needs, map business process flow and solve problems.
