A leading appliance manufacturer is seeking a Finance Business Controller based in Abingdon. In this role, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support the growth of net sales. The ideal candidate has a finance degree, experience in a consumer products business, and strong analytical skills. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, requiring up to three days a week in the office, offering a salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits.

In your new role…
You’ll report into the FP&A Director and directly partner with the functional Directors and leadership teams. We work as part of a cluster which includes GB, Ireland and South Africa.
You’ll be responsible budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and data quality management and the key priority is to support growth of net sales improvement of the channel, customer margins and profitability.
A strong and influential communicator, you will be able to provide recommendations and challenge decision making to achieve our goals. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and work in partnership with the business areas to ensure profitable business outcomes.
